Once you’ve purchased your ticket, please make sure you have the PDF ticket that is sent to your email.
Important Reminders:
- Check your inbox and spam/junk folder after purchase
- Your PDF ticket contains a QR code used for quick check-in at the door
- For the fastest entry, please have your ticket:
- Open on your phone, or
- Printed and ready to scan
If You Do Not Have Your Ticket Ready:
Guests without their ticket available will be directed to the front desk, where staff will need to manually search purchase records and check you in. This may take additional time and delay entry.
